- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 cups crushed barbecue flavored potato chips
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 ½ inch cubes
- Barbecue Sauce
Ranch Dressing Potato Salad
- 2 lbs small red potatoes
- 8 oz bottle ranch dressing
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 2.8 oz real bacon bits
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
Pistachio Éclair Dessert
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 box instant pistachio pudding
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 8 oz cool whip, thawed
- 1 box (14 oz) graham crackers
- 16 oz can chocolate frosting
