Easy Elegant Dessert * 1 box Lemon cake mix * 1 box Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix * 1 small carton fresh strawberries * 1 small carton fresh blueberries * 2 Tiara Dessert Pans

Prepare the lemon cake mix according to package directions. Spray and flour both the Dessert Pans. Pour the mix into the cake pans and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until the cakes come out clean when toothpick is inserted. Cook completely before inverting onto a serving plate.

Meanwhile, prepare the instant pudding according to package directions and put into refrigerator until ready to assembly.

Cut the strawberries in half, reserve two or three berries to be sliced into three or four slices depending upon the size of them.

To assembly the cake: Pour the pudding into the center of the cake shell. Spread to cover the entire bottom and half way up the sides of the cake. Arrange the halved strawberries around the edge of the cake. Sprinkle the blueberries in the center and place the sliced strawberries standing on end throughout the blueberries. Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. The cake mix makes two pans so you will need to double the pudding and berries or reserve the cake for another day.
