- cups of diced peeled fresh tomatoes ½ cup fresh raspberries, mashed ½ cup fresh strawberries, mashed or sliced
- tablespoons of chopped green chilies
- tablespoons brown sugar
- tablespoons of finely chopped onion
- tablespoons grated carrot
- tablespoons water
- tablespoon lemon juice
- teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
- garlic clove, minced ½ teaspoon of salt ¼ teaspoon chili powder Tortilla chips (preferably baked).
Get your favorite bowl and combine the first 13 ingredients. Refrigerate covered for about 2 hours and then serve with your tortilla chips. Don’t forget to protect your hands with rubber or plastic gloves, when cutting hot peppers as not to burn yourself.
