Today Maria Havranek will be giving a very special Christmas present to some of the customers at Cuttin' Loose. The hair salon serves a lot of elderly and some of them are homebound and don't have very many opportunities to get out. So, for the past four years Maria has been holding a Christmas dinner in her home for her clients. She would provide the transportation and make a meal that they could share. She wanted to be able to show them in some small way how much they mean to her. This year's event will be a little different. Maria and her staff will be picking them up and taking them to Walker's Catering for a formal lunch. In the past, even after urging the women not to bring anything, she said that some of them would anyway. She decided in order to just enable them to relax and enjoy the dinner that she would have it catered.

There will be about 12-15 people coming this year and Maria said that she is very excited to have an opportunity to do this. .
