The Apollo Assembly of God Church would like to say thank you to the entire congregation along with many different businesses for their donations to their second annual Free Community Harvest Dinner that was held in November. 167 Dinners were served and many people, including hi-rise residents, were blessed with a delicious hot turkey dinner along with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, dessert and most of all, fellowship.

Special thanks goes to The Hello Shop in Hyde Park Plaza, McDonalds in Hyde Park Plaza, Burger King in Vandergrift, Naser Foods in Apollo, Bonello's Restaurant in Leechburg, Charley's Place in Apollo, Held's Shop'n Save in North Apollo, Oliver's IGA in Apollo and Giant Eagle in Allegheny Towne Center. These businesses helped to meet the needs of people in the Alle-Kiski Valley for a day.
