New PSNK Advisory Board President Jeff Holst

Jeff Holst '68, director of organizational effectiveness at Kennametal Inc., presided over his first meeting, October 2, as president of the 2003-2004 Advisory Board of Penn State New Kensington.

Holst, a board member since 2001, was elected at the annual meeting in June and replaces Chuck Carson, whose second 12-month term expired. Barb Arnold '82, '85, '89, president of Prep Tech Inc., was elected vice president.

In addition, the board welcomed its four new members: Tom Ceraso, commissioner of Westmoreland County; John Powell, manager of electronic products, Oberg Industries Inc.; Robin Rarie, associate attorney, Morella & Associates; and Jack Sennett, retired.

The advisory board at PSNK advises the administration and faculty in implementing the mission of the campus.
