Last years Oktoberfest

St. Joseph Church, 1125 Leishman Avenue, New Kensington, will hold its annual OKTOBERFEST on Saturday, October 29, 2005 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM in the gymnasium.

Oktoberfest Pork Roast Dinner will be served from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM featuring pork roast with red skin potatoes, coleslaw, spiced apples and coffee or tea. Adults: $7.00, Children 12 and under: $3.00. Takeouts will be available.

In addition, Ala Carte Delights - hot dogs, pretzels, bratwurst with sauerkraut, potato pancakes, black forest cake, German chocolate cake, strudel and special Oktoberfest Beer and beverages will be available through the whole evening.

Musical entertainment by Mickey - One Man German Band - playing a variety of popular and ethnic songs for dancing and your listening enjoyment will take place from 5:30 - 9:00 PM.

"Jimbo the Clown" will entertain children with magic, games, prizes, candy & special shaped balloons. Caricatures by Baron will entertain the kids as well as adults.

Basket Raffle, Cash Harvest Raffle & Steeler Pride Benefit Raffle as well as Bake Sale will be a part of this important St. Joseph Parish fundraiser.
