K9 'Buddy' was on hand to meet visitors at last year's event

This Saturday the Allegheny Township Business Crime Watch and the Allegheny Township Police Department will be sponsoring the 'Third Annual Allegheny Township Police Safety Fair'.

Sponge Bob also made an appearance

There will be a bike rodeo and bike inspection at 10am and other great activities until 3pm at the Allegheny Township Community Building. You can meet Buddy, their K9 dog, visit with Sponge Bob, or try your hand at dunking a Township Supervisor in the Dunk Tank. There will also be ice cream with the Markle Volunteer Fire Department and Dairy Queen, as well as Pizza, and a fire truck and ambulance show.
