Dorseyville Middle School will hold its community awareness day Wednesday, April 23, 2008. Parents and community members are invited to visit the classrooms in the school from 9-11:15 a.m.

The purpose of the community awareness day is to invite and encourage the entire community to visit the school and observe the various educational programs. Visitors will have the opportunity to see the classrooms and students at work and to see a typical day at school. They will be able to see the sixth through eighth grade educational programs first-hand. The day also provides a good opportunity for parents of fifth graders who have children who will be attending the middle school during the 2008-2009 school year to visit the school.

The entire Fox Chapel Area community is invited and encouraged to visit the school April 23. All visitors to the school must check in at the school office and receive a visitor's badge. Dorseyville Middle School is located in Indiana Township at 3732 Saxonburg Boulevard.
