Leechburg Elks will hold their annual Mother’s Day Buffet Dinner and Awards Ceremony on Sunday, May 11, 2008. A buffet dinner prepared by the Addison House and featuring Pot Roast, Stuffed Chicken Breast, Parsley Buttered Potatoes, Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Carrot Medley, Tossed Salad,Rolls and Butter, Angel Food Cake with Whipped Cream and Fruit Toppings, and a beverage will be served at 1 PM in the Lodge Ballroom.

This event is open to the public. The cost of the meal is $13.00 for adults and $5.00 for children under 12 years of age. Reservations are required. Call or visit the Lodge after 4 PM to make your reservations and obtain your tickets. All reservations must be made by May 6, 2008.

Awards will be presented to the Elk of the Year, the Officer of the Year, and Citizen of the Year. Winners of the Drug Awareness Poster Contest and Hoop Shoot Winners will also be honored at the Awards Ceremony. Bring Mom for a great meal served in a warm home town atmosphere and best of all - no dishes to wash.
