Fairview Elementary School is one of the four elementary schools in the Fox Chapel Area School District housing a student population of approximately 400 in kindergarten through fifth grade. More than 60 talented and dedicated professional and support staff members join together daily to maximize student progress. Our prime educational setting enjoys a separate cafeteria and gymnasium, a music suite, an art room, a well designed student-friendly library, an interactive computer lab, and classrooms equipped with televisions and telephones.

Fairview is governed by a Site-Based Management Team . The site-based management team is comprised of stakeholders, at all levels of the educational process, who provide input and guidance to our school community. Standing committees research and recommend ideas and solutions to the site-based team who in turn work with the principal to create and implement well-thought ideas and decisions for students and staff.
