Saltsburg, PA, August 19, 2008


The Saltsburg Faith Alliance Church is sponsoring a 150 to 175 mile motorcycle charity ride to benefit Kay Steiner who is a missionary in Thailand. The ride will depart from the church located at 820 Wood Street in Saltsburg on Saturday, August 23, 2008.

Registration is from 9-10 a.m. The ride will tour Brookville, Cooks Forest, Smicksburg, etc.

Coffee and donuts will be provided before the ride, lunch on the ride, and dessert and door prizes after the ride. Cost is $15 per bike. Please come with a full tank of gas and join us for a great day.

Saltsburg Faith Alliance Church came into being in the old Saltsburg School building on September 12, 2004. Approximately ten couples and several individuals gathered together for the first time in what used to be the school auditorium. On March 6, 2005 their first service was held at a new church building at 820 Wood Street. Saltsburg Faith Alliance Church is a designated 'church plant' and is affiliated with the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The regional district Office is located in Punxysutawney, Pa. We are a self-governing body with an emphasis on evangelism and individual spiritual growth. Our worship style is casual, our people are friendly and our music ranges from traditional to contemporary. We offer Sunday Children Church as well as nursery facilities.
