Armstrong County Chorus

The Armstrong County Choral Festival was held Thursday night November 15, 2001 at Apollo-Ridge High School. Students from Apollo-Ridge, Elderton, Ford City, Freeport, Kittanning, Leechburg, and West Shamokin schools gathered Wednesday and Thursday at Apollo-Ridge High School for practice before the concert Thursday night. Douglas A. Browne, Professor of Music and Director of Choirs at Grove City College, PA was the guest Conductor for the 2 days.

There were 2 solos during the concert, Lauren Bush from Leechburg sang "I Dreamed a Dream" from Les Miserable and Janae Boylstein from Ford City sang "Your Daddy's Son" from Ragtime
