Apparently the driver of the truck took a wrong turn and was trying to back up in a lot next to ACE Hardware in Lower Burrell. The sun blinded the driver and he ended up backing up over a hill. The truck was said to be carrying De-icer. No one was hurt. This happened around 2:30pm on Monday.
