The Plum High School will be installing Team Championship banners in the New Gymnasium This will be the first season for the Plum High School basketball and wrestling teams to be able to participate in the high school's new gymnasium. Although the majority of the construction work is complete and the gym is ready for play, there are a few finishing touches remaining to complete the facility. One of these additions is the installation of purple and gold team banners listing the history of section, WPIAL and PIAA team championships.

"We feel it is important to display the accomplishments of our athletic teams and to display the dates of the championships won through the years," said Bob Alpino Athletic Director. "It is important to have accurate information when undertaking a project like this and we don't want to omit any dates of team championships". The athletic department is seeking assistance from the community to review the records on file and to call them if you have additional information no later than Friday, January 3rd at 412 795-4880 ext. 118 or 110.
