     Changing the size of the scrollbars
     
     Windows  98  has  scrollbars on the right and  the  bottom  of
     windows, so you can scroll through the contents if they  don't
     fit  into on screen. You can make these scrollbars larger  (so
     they  are easier to click), or smaller (so they take  up  less
     room).
     
     To change the size of the scrollbars simply:
     
         * Right-click the desktop and select Properties.
         * This opens the Display Properties dialog box.
         * Then click the Appearance tab.
         * Select scrollbar in the Item menu.
          *  You can now change the size to whatever you want,  and

     Vandergrift  A Vice President: Captain Vandergrift  may  have
     joined forces with John Rockefeller to capture the 1870s  oil
     industry due to Rockefeller's offer: he made Vandergrift Vice
     President  of  the new company they formed  to  control  oil.
     Later,  Vandergrift  became  a  Standard  Oil  Director.  The
     company grew so big, it became a monopoly; both men were soon
     indicted  on  various charges, later reduce or  dropped.  The
     government finally broke it up in 1892. The Sherman AntiTrust
     Act  governing corporate behavior was enacted  due  to  these
     actions.  This Act still affects the Kiski Valley.  Customers
     across  the Valley choose their long distance service due  to
     the  Act  that guided the breakup of AT&T in the 1980s.  Read
