Dedicated to Family, Church and Community
     http://www.alle-kiskitoday.com/articles/2606

Gillen Geary of Vandergrift grew up with a sense of dedication
to the church, family and community in life. Being part of a
“family of six children” also fostered a great love for
children, Gillen said. That love led her to study for a
teaching career. Gillen’s mother, Dorothy, set the example of
dedication through her life. Gillen was one of six children
and grew up with her mother being very active in the
community. Read the story on how she has dedicated her life.

     Pandora

The Music Genome Project has been around for a while now, but
it recently got a fancy facelift courtesy of its new interface
Pandora. For the uninitiated, the Genome Project is "the most
sophisticated taxonomy of musical information ever collected."
What good is that to you? It exists just to help you find new
music you might like, based on the artists, songs, and genres
you already like. Enter the name of a favorite band, and
you'll be offered 20 similar groups. And now with Pandora, the
Genome Project has gone deluxe. On the front page, you can
type in the name of a group and listen as the system plays
something by them or a similar artist. Each time something new
is played for you, you can choose whether or not it "fits." In
the end, you wind up with your own personalized station, all
wrapped up in a slick Flash presentation and efficiently saved
for the next time you find your way back. [Source: Yahoo!

     Pencil Revolution
     http://www.pencilrevolution.com/

You say you want a pencil revolution ... what, that's not how
the lyrics go? Don't tell the folks at Pencil Revolution, man.
They want to change the world. Gaga for graphite, the comrades
at this blog post odes to Faber-Castell, lovingly photograph
their favorite monochrome and color writing tools, and openly
pine for future pencil features. With ranks of followers
clamoring for the thickly lacquered California Republic
Palominos, the naked wood grain of the Forest Choice graphite,
and the strands of long pencil shavings delivered by the KUM
metal wedge sharpener, these rebels aren't kidding. Toss aside
your boring gel roller and join the revolution! [Source:
