     Area Artist to Hold Exhibit at St. Vincent’s

     Amy  Hill Amy Hill of Iselin (Saltsburg P.O.) is about to have
     the  show of her life. Invited by St. Vincent’s Abbey to  hold
     an  exhibition  of  her paintings starting Thursday,  February
     24th  through  Wednesday March 2nd, she will  be  getting  the
     exposure  that  many talented people would love  to  have  for
     themselves. Read about how she started at the young age of  10
     doing sketches and now is exhibiting her art.

     Burrell  Township: The Columbia Drilling Company is makers  of
     all sorts of earth drills, from the smallest tube-well size to
     those  used in oil and gas wells, where the depth ranges  from
     one  to  three  thousand feet. They sell in all parts  of  the
     world, including Alaska, Peru, Siam and Siberia. The Clay  Pot
     Factory,  wherein are made pots suitable for  melting  various
     substances, has become no small concern. There are  also  good
     roller  flourmills in operation at this point, as well as  two
     large  breweries, one having a capacity of 50,000 barrels  per

     Valley  wrestler  Logan Downes squares off against  Elderton's
     Josh   Morales   for   the  171-pound   Section   1-AA   WPIAL
     Championship. Downes took first place with a pin over Morales.
     Highlands  High  School was the setting  for  the  2005  WPIAL
     Section  1  - AA Individual Wrestling Championships this  past
     week.  Fourteen  1-AA  champions  emerged  from  the  Saturday
     daylong event. Each weight class moved three top finishers  to
     the  WPIAL  AA  championships to be  held  at  Charleroi  High
     School, this Friday and Saturday.
