     values  as  low as zero. Thursday night. Partly  cloudy.  Lows
     around 17. Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Friday. Partly cloudy
     in  the morning. Then becoming mostly cloudy. Highs in the mid
     30s.  Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph. Friday night. Mostly cloudy
     with  a  50  percent  chance of snow. Lows  in  the  mid  20s.
     Southwest  winds  5  to  10  mph.  Becoming  northwest   after
     midnight.

     Kiski  Valley Frontier: The Kiski Valley served  as  a  buffer
     zone  between settlers and Native Americans in the mid to late
     1700s. The Kiski River was a boundary between Indian territory
     (to  the north) and U.S. territory (to the south.) It made the
     Valley  the  westward and northward most edge of the  American
     frontier  in Pennsylvania for about 20 or so years. Read  more
