     JROTC Program Motivates Youth

     Seven  United  States Army Junior Reserve  Officer’s  Training
     Corps  high  school units met last Saturday to  compete  in  a
     program of regulation and exhibition drill at the Valley  High
     School  in  New  Kensington.  The  six  hours  of  competition
     demonstrated  the  discipline and pride of  the  participating
     cadets.  Valley High School and John R. Skovran,  Senior  Army
     Instructor at Valley High School hosted the competition.

     abuse by teaching students “Resistance Education”. Chief Tracy
